Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black male that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Louis Holman.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Diabetic Nephropathy
