(L.A.) John Wellborn, 78, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Wellborn.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Complications of Cervical Spine Fracture (Transverse Dens Fracture with C1 Subluxation)

Cause of Death B: Mechanical Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Atrial Fibrillation, Congestive Heart Failure, Coronary Artery Disease
