The coroner’s office identified the man as Shawn Miller.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

Cause of Death C: Sequelae of Left Tibial Fracture
