(L.A.) Sean Myers, 52, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Sean Myers.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP SEAN MYERS (July 25, 1973 – August 27, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
