The coroner’s office identified the woman as Ana Enciso.

Cause of Death A: Cardiac Arrest

Cause of Death B: Acute Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death C: Pneumonia

Cause of Death D: Right Pertrochanteric Hip Fracture Due to Fall
