(L.A.) Samuel Adams, 29, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Samuel Adams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP SAMUEL ADAMS (January 4, 1996 – September 17, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Samuel Adams” in public records.
