Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred at a freeway embankment.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Igancio Zaragoza.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Phencyclidine (PCP), Cocaine, and Methamphetamine Intoxication
Other Significant Conditions: Probable Thermal and Blunt-Force Injuries
