Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as Sincere Jackson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Suffocation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The child was about four and a half months old.
