The coroner’s office identified the woman as Margarita Gutierrez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Craniocervical Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation, Dementia Not Otherwise Specified

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s name as Margarita Gutierrez Arias.
