Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 83-year-old Black male that occurred in a vehicle.
The coroner’s office identified the man as Howard Russell.
Manner of Death: Natural
Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.
The decedent’s body was found in the parking lot of the Cathedral Medical – Urgent Care Clinic in the City of San Fernando.
He had just visited the clinic and upon returning to his vehicle, experienced a medical incident.
