(L.A.) Richard Ulloa, 30, Died at an Embankment

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred at an embankment.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Richard Ulloa of Palmdale.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma

RIP RICHARD ULLOA (March 22, 1995 – August 24, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

The decedent was one of two inside a white Toyota Corolla that had been missing since August 18. The vehicle was finally spotted down a ravine off Mt. Emma Road early morning of August 24.
