Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Ryan Rivera.

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
