(L.A.) Anthony Setola, 62, Died on a Street

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a street.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Setola.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
