(L.A.) Christopher Hallinger, 42, Died in an RV

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a recreational vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Christopher Hallinger.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:56 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
