(L.A.) Eugene Harmon, 34, Died in an Abandoned Building

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Black male that occurred in an abandoned building.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eugene Harmon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 1:02 p.m.

The decedent was indigent and homeless. He was found dead at 7200 S. Western Avenue, Los Angeles, 90047. The cross street is Florence Avenue, and the intersection has a sign for “Morningside Circle.” There is a Jack in the Box across the street.
