The coroner’s office identified the woman as Eufemia Castillo.

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Left Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease, Thyroid Carcinoma, Obesity
