(L.A.) Ivan Robinson, 41, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 41-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ivan Robinson.

Cause of Death: Dog Mauling

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.
According to the fundraiser below, the decedent died from an “unprovoked attack by multiple dogs at a friend’s house.”
LASD said a man was mauled to death by at least two pitbull-like dogs in the backyard of a home in Lancaster near 22nd Street East and Lancaster Boulevard at around 10:00 p.m. The victim had entered the backyard to look for tools to help his friend fix a car. There were two other adult dogs and more than a dozen puppies on the premises.

Deputies had to shoot at least one dog in order to to be able to help the victim.
In Norway, certain dog breeds are banned because they are considered potentially dangerous due to their aggressive, combative, and tenacious nature. The six banned breeds are:
- Pit Bull Terrier
- American Staffordshire Terrier (AmStaff)
- Fila Brasileiro
- Tosa Inu (also called Tosa-Ken or Japanese Mastiff)
- Dogo Argentino
- Czechoslovakian Wolfdog
These bans also apply to crossbreeds containing any proportion of these breeds. It is illegal to own, breed, import, or even bring semen or embryos of these breeds into Norway.
