(L.A.) Madalynn Horan, 31, Died at Sierra Highway On-Ramp

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at the Sierra Highway freeway on-ramp.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Madalynn Horan of Lake Arrowhead.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Trauma

RIP MADALYNN ROSE HORAN (August 18, 1993 – July 17, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent was a passenger on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that overturned after its male operator lost control. Her body flew off the bike and smashed into a metal freeway signpost.

CHP responded to the Sierra Highway on-ramp to northbound Antelope Valley Freeway (SR-14), just north of Angeles Forest Highway.
