Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a hotel.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Sharon Joseph.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Propranolol and Mirtazapine
