(L.A.) Kugleman Szeto, 1, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a one-year-old male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the boy as Kugleman Szeto and listed his race/ethnicity as Asian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Probable Choking/Aspiration

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The government investigator had initially given the decedent’s surname as Sveto.
