Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office identified the woman as Marbel Martinez.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Methadone

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday.
This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
