(L.A.) Evelin Salas Melgoza, 22, Died on the 10 Freeway

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 22-year-old Latin American female that occurred on the 10 Freeway in West Covina.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Evelin Salas Melgoza, resident of Cathy Avenue in Pomona.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Efects of Blunt Force Trauma, Inhalation of Products of Combustion and Thermal Burns

Evelin Guadalupe Salas Melgoza was born in Yurecuaro, Michoacán, Mexico.

She is survived by her parents and three brothers.
