The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cindy Garcia.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Drug Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
