Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 94-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Behjat Mohrsaz.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, History of Cerebrovascular Accident
