The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ifrain Acosta Perez.

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Effects of Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death C: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Strokes; Myocardial Infarction; Diabetes Mellitus Type 2; Chronic Kidney Disease; Hyperlipidemia
