Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Black male that occurred in a tent.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:12 p.m.

Overdose drug deaths are frequently classified as accidents under the assumption that the users didn’t intend to kill themselves.
