The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Simeroth.

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Bronchopneumonia

Cause of Death C: Chronic Bronchitis and Bronchial Asthma

Other Significant Conditions: Carcinoma of Colon (Recurrent); Spastic Quadriplegia
