The coroner’s office has identified the man as Phillip Dent.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Cerebrovascular Accident

Cause of Death B: Sequelae of Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: History of Drug Use

RIP PHILLIP DENT (February 3, 1967 – May 8, 2025)

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
