The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Carroll.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Myocardial Ischemia

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Condition: Medical History of Polysubstance Abuse
