The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rodger Americanhorse.

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: End-Stage Renal Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:02 p.m.

The decedent was of Native American heritage. He was an only child.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 6.
