The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Ochoa.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Traumatic Injuries

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History Includes Paranoid Schizophrenia, Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Alcohol Abuse, Opioid Abuse, and Suicidal Ideations
