(L.A.) Stephen Boss, 40, Committed Suicide

Case Number: 2022-12981

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Stephen Boss.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of Head

RIP STEPHEN BOSS (September 29, 1982 – December 13, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:25 a.m.

Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss, the DJ on Ellen Degeneres’ talk show

LAPD officers from the West Valley Division responded to an “ambulance death investigation” radio call at a motel on Ventura Boulevard.

There were no signs of foul play.

Stephen Boss is survived by his wife Allison Holker.
