The coroner’s office identified the woman as Evelena Corwin, resident of Fano Street in Monrovia 91016.

Cause of Death A: Cardiac Tamponade

Cause of Death B: Hemopericardium

Cause of Death C: Ruptured Left Ventricular Myocardial Infarction

Cause of Death D: Acute Thrombosis of Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus
