Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Latino male that occurred on a bus.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Salvador Lujan.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:55 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
