The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Seitz.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death A: Intrcranial [sic] Hemorrhage
Cause of Death B: Blunt Force Head Injury
Other Significant Conditions: Methamphetamine Use And Hpertrophic [sic] Heart Disease
