(L.A.) Enrique Barajas, 80, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 80-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Enrique Barajas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

RIP ENRIQUE BARAJAS (March 21, 1944 – January 21, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:42 p.m.

The decedent was riding his bicycle north on Atlantic Ave near Pleasant Street in Long Beach at around 12:15 pm when he was sideswiped by an SUV traveling in the same direction.
