The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Shirley Harris.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Traumatic Subdural Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Probable Fall

Other Significant Condition: History of Cerebrovascular Accident
