The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Marianne Gravenstein.

Cause of Death A: Probable Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Probable Deep Vein Thrombosis

Other Significant Conditions: Lumbar Spine Fracture and Diverticular Disease
