Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Arwen Goodknight.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Multiorgan Failure

Cause of Death B: Acetaminophen, Salicylate, and Trazodone Effects
