Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant boy as Kyaire Patton.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Suffocation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:18 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 8.
