The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ophelia Olague.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Urinary Tract Infection, Pancreatitis

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 8:22 a.m.
