(L.A.) Daniel Rosen, 29, Died From a Drug OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Daniel Rosen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl and Tramadol Intoxication

RIP DANIEL ROSEN (September 3, 1989 – July 10, 2019)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
