Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old Black female that occurred at an intersection.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Patricia Ware.

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

RIP PATRICIA WARE (October 26, 1948 – February 2, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:45 a.m.

The decedent was fatally injured in a two-vehicle collision in Gardena.

Gardena PD said the incident happened at the intersection of Van Ness Avenue and 135th Street, near Rowley Park.
