(L.A.) Angela Fresquez, 20, Died From a Fentanyl OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 20-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Angela Fresquez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

RIP ANGELA FRESQUEZ (February 2, 2004 – January 26, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:16 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on March 16, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
