The coroner’s office has identified the man as Steven Margolin.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Opiates, History of Diabetes Mellitus

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
