Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 69-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in an ambulance.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Miller.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP THOMAS MILLER (June 3, 1955 – January 20, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:08 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 12.

This was either a heart attack (myocardial infarction) or cardiac arrest.
