Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jonathan Uyere of Montebello.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Coronary Artery Disease

Cause of Death B: Hypertension

RIP JONATHAN SAMUEL UYERE (August 24, 1948 – January 7, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 5:42 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 3.
