(L.A.) Eddie Jimenez, 34, Died From a Polydrug OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Eddie Jimenez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, Ketamine, MDMA, and Alprazolam Toxicity
