(L.A.) Jasmone Lee, 38, Died From a Meth OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jasmone Lee.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP JASMONE LEE (June 5, 1986 – December 21, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:44 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-March, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
