Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 87-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eugene O’Neill.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Cause of Death B: History of Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Cardiomegaly, Atrial Fibrillation, Hypertension
